Monday April 14th- Ran 5.2 miles
Tuesday April 15th- Turbo Fire, Fire 40 class and Stretch 10 class
Wednesday April 16th- Rest
Thursday April 17th- Rest
Friday April 18th- Abs
Saturday April 19th- Ran 9 miles! (Say what?!) 
Sunday April 20th- Rest

4 weeks till race day!!
